Fitness classes

Fitness classes running 7 days a week.

Wide variety of classes from Circuits and Cyclefit, Les Mills Bodypump and Bodycombat, to Pilates, Aqua Aerobics and Legs Bums Tums.

Fully qualified and insured instructors.

Members participation is free, (Off Peak members are restricted to classes during off peak hours only, however can pay and additional fee of £3.00 to participate in peak time classes).

All Non Members welcome to attend classes at a fee of £6.00 per class.

Members can priority book classes up to 7 days in advance, with Non Members booking on the day only.

**PLEASE NOTE: Pilates on Friday at 18:30-19:15 has now changed and is Yoga from 17:45-18:30 with Denise in the Aerobics Studio**

The following classes have been taken OFF the time table from the 23rd July until the 3rd September:

Monday - Pilates at 11:15-12:00 with Helen and Lunchtime Circuits from 12:40-13:20 with Mike

Wednesday - Dancefit at 8:30-9:10 with Cath

Thursday - Lunchtime Cyclefit at 12:40-13:20 with Alex

Friday - Gentle/Yin Yoga at 12:45-13:25 with Jay and Cyclefit & Abs at 17:00-17:45 with Paula
